By installing or using the WA Contact Saver Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Extension.

Description of Service

WA Contact Saver is a Chrome browser extension that enables users to export contact information from WhatsApp Web into downloadable file formats (CSV, Excel, JSON, VCard). The Extension operates locally within your browser.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal or business purposes in accordance with these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Extension to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harvest contacts for spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with WhatsApp's terms of service in a manner that causes harm
• Redistribute or resell the Extension

Free and VIP Plans

The Extension offers a free tier with limited exports and a VIP tier with unlimited exports and additional features. VIP subscriptions are processed through third-party payment providers. Refund policies are subject to the payment provider's terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with future versions of WhatsApp Web or Chrome
• The accuracy of exported contact data

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Extension.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Extension at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.
